As with coffee, the European Union’s organic certification obliges the farmer at origin to follow a series of guidelines, mainly the prohibition of the use of artificial pesticides and herbicides, the use of only natural fertilizers and the protection of the soil and the natural environment from overexploitation.

Pure chocolate (with more than 90% cocoa) provides antioxidant properties, is rich in potassium and iron, interesting for cardiovascular health, is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans, does not contain colorings, preservatives, lactose, or gluten.
