Freeze-dried soluble coffee
Freeze-drying is the ideal process to preserve the perfect attributes of flavor and aroma of coffee, it consists of freezing the liquid coffee extract. Once frozen, it is introduced into a vacuum chamber so that the water is separated by sublimation.

To make our agglomerated soluble coffee (or granulated), we start from the atomized soluble coffee and moisten the powder a little so that the particles adhere to each other in larger granules, obtaining a product that dissolves more easily.
