After our experience, second year exhibiting, in www.vendtra.com on September 22 and 23, 2025, we can draw some happy conclusions.

At first glance it seems, and it is, a “humble” fair where the stands are not especially showy or flashy, nor large, and this being diplomatic, but… That first sight is quickly left behind when you see the quality of the visitor and the professionalism of the exhibitor, without carpets even in most stands, so what?, the clear, direct interest and I would say without a doubt about what you want to buy, how, and how much the fair attendee has.

One often heard a comment “I never saw a stand of X (a machine manufacturer that I will not mention) with absolutely nothing on the panels, blank; in fact, almost all the exhibitors had the paneled stand provided by the same organization; and they didn’t even have the carpet contracted.

Of course, we want, and I want to personally praise the organization of the fair, they make good the saying of German efficiency, without any doubt.

The humility of the exhibitor does not contrast, but perhaps it is the consequence of a fair, perhaps more local (focused on Germany and neighboring countries) totally focused, which we already knew, and that is why we went with our local partner, which we will also do in 2026 as it is an annual fair and not biennial, like others.

As we said, it focuses on what, in my opinion, fairs should be, that is: buying and selling, looking for customers, looking for suppliers and knowing the market, and that would be it, without frills, I personally like this concept, and seeing how we work in the German market, we will repeat without a doubt.

Oh and for dessert, in our particular case… we had two visitors also from the Czech Republic, with very clear ideas about what and how they wanted our products. To put a but: the venue was very, very improvable, I hope they change it for next year “I hope more fairs like these”.
