During the 2025 financial year, Laqtia has reinforced its commitment to the social, educational and sporting environment of the region, developing various initiatives aligned with our values of solidarity, inclusion and support for the community.
Social actions
Throughout the year, Laqtia actively participated in different solidarity activities promoted by local entities. Among them, the collaboration with Masordeto (Provincial Federation of Entities for People with Intellectual Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy of Toledo) stands out.
She supported in a prominent and committed way the solidarity march organized by the Association Against Breast Cancer in La Puebla de Montalbán (Toledo).
The company also maintains its membership as a collaborating entity of the Spanish National Association Against Cancer (AECC), reinforcing its commitment to raising awareness and preventing this disease.
In the same way, Laqtia collaborated in the solidarity race and charity festival in support of the child Enzo, affected by a rare disease, with the funds raised going to the POMPE association, of which he is a member.
Sports sponsorships and youth support
In the field of sport and the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits among young people, Laqtia participates as a sponsor of the Torrijos Sports Club.
Laqtia was also present with the 7 Stars Rhythmic Gymnastics Club on the occasion of the IV Provincial Tournament, in which girls and adolescents from various municipalities of the region participated.
Visits and educational activities at our facilities
As part of our open-door and community outreach policy, during 2025 we received several visits to our facilities, favoring knowledge of the industrial environment and promoting educational experiences:
- Virgen de la Caridad School (Illescas): in two days, around 170 children enjoyed a tour of the factory, learned how milk is made and carried out creative activities such as bracelets made with coffee beans.
- APANDID Center (Torrijos): a group of teenagers visited Laqtia, where they tasted our products, especially the cappuccinos, and participated in a craft making a magnetized cow for the fridge.
- Association of Red Cross Women of the region: the attendees learned first-hand about the production process of Laqtia, attended a corporate presentation and made a fan with our logo, which they took as a souvenir.
Social impact
All of these actions reflect Laqtia’s firm commitment to corporate social responsibility. Our involvement contributes to promoting greater social awareness, strengthening the relationship with people and entities in the environment and actively collaborating in initiatives that generate a positive impact on our community.
